This is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active and driven Graduate to join a large industrial manufacturing company as a Direct Sales Account Manager. The company specialise in providing a range of industries with products and solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities with clients in the Automotive, Chemical, Oil/Gas, Food and Pharmaceutical sector.
Key accountabilities include:
*Developing business and sales - targeting end users, contractors and Engineers.
*Building strong client relationships.
*Co-ordinating the sales process.
*Preparing quotes.
*Handling client queries.
*Order handling and project management.
*Working to agreed targets, reporting on sales activity and supporting forecasting.
Candidates will:
*Hold a degree in an engineering related discipline.
*Demonstrate previous new business experience.
*Have an understanding of capital/industrial equipment.
*Demonstrate knowledge of either machinery manufacture/construction/heavy equipment manufacturing/automotive or another industrial field.
As a Sales Account Manager you will be commercially focused and committed to achieving results. You will approach the role with enthusiasm and determination, and communicate with clients effectively.
