Sales Co-ordinator

Sales Co-ordinator required by a leading UK based Industrial Mail Order Catalogue company specialising in work place products based in Walsall

Working in the Sales Department; this position will be a varied role combining many aspects of sales work required within the business. The successful applicant will be self motivated, sales orientated, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Good knowledge of computers and Sage systems would be preferred, but not essential as training can be given. A polite and helpful telephone manner is necessary together with good organisational skills. Tidiness and punctuality is also a fundamental requirement. This position could also suit a newly qualified graduate.

The role will include taking sales phone calls, dealing with enquiries, quoting customers, taking orders over the phone, processing sales and purchase orders, chasing quotes and following up deliveries with suppliers

Requirements;

* Good level of IT literacy is preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Well organised and persistent self-starter
* Positive self-image and attitude
* Well Mannered, courteous and naturally persuasive

Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent level qualifications and enthusiasm and ambition are as important as experience
