Based in Oldbury, our client is currently looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The company specialise in providing expert engineering solutions for a range of engine systems. They require an efficient and resourceful Sales Co-ordinator to support the sales and administrative functions of the company.
Primarily the role will involve providing a high-level of customer service, whilst successfully co-ordinating and managing the sales process.
Key accountabilities include:
*Handling customer enquiries via telephone/email communication.
*Recording all customer correspondence.
*Generating quotations and advising on appropriate products ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized.
*Liaising with purchasing department with regards to delivery timescales and feedback progress to customer.
*Ensuring timely delivery of product.
*Managing outstanding quotations.
*Co-ordinating all post-sales administration, updating records and recording relevant information.
The successful Sales Co-ordinator will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have strong sales administration abilities. Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service experience, the ability to generate quotations and will have strong communication skills. Knowledge of exports would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will posses strong time-management skills and will be committed to providing a high-level of customer service.
This temporary contract role will begin April 2010 and end January 2011.
