The fast track sales management programme offers a guaranteed career progression for graduates interested in sales. The Sales Executive position is the entry level of the sales management programme. This is followed by Account Manager (Mid Tier Level) and Sales Manager (Management Level).
Sales Executive Position
Basic: £12,000/annum
Commission: Including basic £20,000 OTE (commission works on a recurring basis)

The Sales Executive is our entry level sales position as part of our fast tract sales management position. Sales Executives are responsible for appointment setting on behalf of Account Managers. 95% of the Sales Executive's time will be spent on the phoning calling to a list of prospects which will be provided by marketing. Sales Executives may from time to time join Account Managers for meetings
Key Roles & Duties
Outbound calling to both warm and cold lists
Completing Sales Reports
Targets
£1,000 worth of new business brought in each month. Sales Executives will get 10% of this revenue (Revenue occurs on a recurring basis)
Sales Executives will generate a total of £78,000 worth of new business in the year.
The Sales Executive will be expected to make a total of 60 calls per day; make 3 appointments per week. Our average close rate is 60%

After a successful 6 months period in the sales Executive role candidates will progress to an Account Management position as detail below.

Account Manager Position
Basic: £14,500 - £16,000/annum
Commission: Including basic £35,000 OTE

Job Description
The Account Manager is our mid tier level sales position. Sales Executives will move onto this level after 4 - 6 months training as a Sales Exec. 70% of the Account Managers time will be spent at face to face meetings. The rest of his time will be spent making outbound calls, completing sales reports and attending networking events.

£2,000 worth of new business brought in each month. Account Managers will get 10% of this revenue (Revenue occurs on a recurring basis)
Account Managers will generate a total of £156,000 worth of new business in the year.
The Account Managers will be expected to make a total of 60 calls per day - 3 days a week and make 2 appointments per week. Account Managers are also expected to attend a minimum of 5 new business appointments per week. Our average close rate is 60%
Candidates will be educated to Degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification
