A school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a SEN teaching assistant to start this full time position which is due to begin in the upcoming weeks and will run until the end of the summer term 2012. It will require a confident teacher with experience in planning and delivering lessons to a class of children with a wide range of learning abilities.
The school has 392 children on the roll and prides itself on having a caring, helpful and supportive environment where the children's safety and well being is always the top priority. The school benefits from well-equipped classrooms and great resources with open plan classrooms.
The school is looking for someone who is creative and has a structured approach to teaching with excellent behaviour management and SEN experience. The right candidate for this position must have a positive and enthusiastic approach and the ability to build exceptional rapport with staff and children.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
