Our client has been successful in the events industry over the last 20 years due to their creative thinking, dedication to clients and ethos. This client is a highly regarded and well known full service agency which delivers creative projects across the events spectrum, from conferences and exhibitions through to experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, road shows, guerilla marketing, sampling products through to the best parties and leading festivals!

With modern offices situated within a rural setting, this client has extensive facilities including large warehouse facilities to include set construction and design which are easily commutable from the M40 corridor. Key clients include Orange, T-Mobile and Panasonic and they are a renowned expert in the delivery of global communication and event solutions. Whether working in collaboration or running the entire campaign, this diverse team incorporates creative personnel, designers, technicians, builders, planners and media gurus!

Due to a recent restructure and new business wins, they are now seeking a Senior Operations Manager with proven experience of leading a busy project and operations team across a broad range of projects.

The main responsibilities will include:

*Ensuring that all events are scoped out properly
*Resource planning across the ops and delivery team
*Coordinating crew and travel arrangements
*Overseeing the allocation of technical and exhibition equipment
*Going on site to oversee set up and break down of events
*Having a working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements

This ideal candidate will have a strong event background as well as experience of operations and logistics, however the type of events delivered is not crucial and we will consider exhibitions, conference, experiential and even music events. The perfect candidate will have enough experience to lead from the front and be a steadying influence as well as adding gravitas to the team. A natural leader, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle many things at any one time this is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency that are going from strength to strength!
