Reporting to the Head of Operations the Senior Team Manager will be responsible for up to five Team Managers. The key purpose of the role is to focus on providing high level and intensive support to the team of team managers to ensure all team objectives are met.
You will be working towards budgetary targets, managing the budget for your team, responsible for managing service delivery and client retention, overseeing sales and renewals support, working closely with the quality team as well as working closely with the team managers to look at team management and development.
Accountabilities will also include overseeing systems development and integration as well as working with the Head of Operations to set strategies as well as compiling reports.
The role is based in Redditch however regular visits to the companies second office will also be required as well as attending more complex meetings with senior clients with members of the team. These meetings will be across the UK and may involve an overnight stay.
The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification along with previous team management experience. You will also enjoy working with people and have experience in the B2B professional services arena. A proven ability to motivate and mentor team members is also essential! In addition you will also be keen to work on business development and strategy with a continuous improvement focus!
