Service Desk Analyst - French or German speaking - 1st Line Support/ LAN, Internet, Emails, Firewalls. Uxbridge, Middlesex, South, £23-25k
My Uxbridge based client is seeking a Service Desk / 1st Line Support Analyst with either French or German language skills. You will have a experience of working in a service desk / 1st Line Support environment. Basic PC support skills, LAN, Internet and email. Knowledge of Firewalls, Internet Security and enterprise applications and services are desirable.
Key skills required for this role are:
1. Service Desk
2. 1st Line Technical Support
3. French or German speaking
Candidates with experience of working on a multi-lingual service desk would be preferable.
