Our client has over 30 years' expertise in integrating Front and Back-Office broker solutions and software; specifically for commercial, personal, niche and composite lines and they are looking for individuals with a 'winning' and 'can do' attitude to drive their business forward.

Job Description:
* Write efficient, manageable .NET and TSQL code to agreed deadlines
* Unit test and document the resulting insurance applications for use within or as enhancements for our clients' products
* Liaise with Lead Developers, designers and other members of the development team
* Development of Windows or Web based applications
* Development using TSQL
The ideal candidate will:
* Be educated to degree level in a computer related degree or an equivalent qualification
* Have a pro-active attitude towards learning new technical/non technical skills
* Create new ideas and processes; strives to enhance performance
* Have experience in development using TSQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET 2.0 preferably for the financial services or insurance industry
* Be methodical and disciplined in their approach to development tasks
* Have the ability to develop robust and manageable code that is thoroughly unit tested to meet requirements as specified
* Seek and welcome feedback and be prepared to share opinions freely
