Strong organisational, post sales support and administrative skills within a software solution environment, is required for this expanding global IT software systems provider offering opportunities for career progression! You will be the primary day to day contact for one or more of the company's major clients and will be expected to co-ordinate and closely monitor the implementation of many and varied IT projects ensuring the customer is kept informed of development progress (external review meetings, regular contact by e-mail / telephone).
It is essential that you are degree educated (or similar) with strong organisational, post-sales support and administrative skills, the ability to understand, translate and document customer requirements in detail. A background ideally within a software provider in implementing, coordinating and/or project managing software related systems, liaising with customers, liaising with internal departments and attending/ controlling meetings with people at all organisational levels is essential.
