Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to manage a growing, independent electronics store based in Birmingham. This position offers a great deal of responsibility at an early stage. You will be in charge of motivating our clients team of seven people, managing daily Internet sales and running the store.

This is a very challenging yet rewarding position. Your duties will include managing a variety of things daily, being an efficient manager and have excellent attention to detail. You will also have the opportunity to improve things wherever possible and make your mark on the business - a huge benefit over working for a larger organisation where many things may be fixed. There will be some selling involved (and required) so an interest in and knowledge of music and electronic products is essential.

The Successful Candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will also have a minimum of 1 year retail management experience, knowledge of MS Excel, an interest in music and electronics and achieved a grade B in GCSE English.
