Store Manager

This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Store Manager to join our client based in Aldershot. Our client is an expanding fashion retailer who is looking for a Store Manager who can help drive the business forward.

Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Aldershot
Salary: £20,000

You will be delivering our clients brand and vision so we require you to have a strong commercial focus and excellent visual merchandising skills. You will be a leader and you will motivate and engage your team to exceed KPIs.
Duties include;
*staff rotas
*ensuring stock levels are maintained
*recruiting and training staff
*ensuring standards for quality
*analysing sales figures stock reports
*Forecasting future sales market trends.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will be able to demonstrate previous Management experience in a fast paced fashion retail environment.
The successful candidate will be very hard working and dedicated to ensure that the store is efficient at all times.
