Subscriptions Marketing Executive

We have a great opportunity for a Subscriptions Marketing Executive to join an established education publishing company based in the Birmingham, West Midlands. Our client is looking for creative and analytical graduate calibre marketeers who have previous subscription or membership marketing experience to help develop their subscription revenues.

Job Title: Subscriptions Marketing Executive
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £21-25k

The position is more than just effective direct marketing and the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities;
*Subscription marketing of a range of acclaimed education tiles, print and online, to individual and institutional customers.
*Manage all elements of the promotional marketing campaigns, from design to execution
*Work closely with editors and commercial staff to align titles to their target audiences.
*Market analysis, list development, exploration of new channels to reach new readers

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold an equivalent level qualification in a relevant marketing discipline and will have previous experience in using web-sites and Social Media for marketing. An understanding of SEO s highly desirable, as would an interest in education. You must have significant direct subscription marketing experience; preferably in a B2B /specialist magazine environment along with excellent marketing campaign planning, budgeting and analytical skills will be required, as are excellent copywriting and proof reading skills.

Experience in online marketing is essential as is the ability to construct effective campaigns for high value packages as well as individual titles.
