Support Analyst

We have a great opportunity for a Support Analyst to join our client based in Worcestershire. Our client is looking for the suitable candidate to have previous work experience within an insurance broker/process environment.

Job Title: Support Analyst
Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £17,000 per annum

Working as the Support Analyst you will be involved in the following;

*Resolving escalated support queries via telephone/remote diagnostic tools.
*Mentor & coach Helpdesk team members.
*Produce and deliver in-house training modules.
*Remote management of sites contracted for Enhanced Support.
*Accurate administration of internal computer system.
*Ensure that the standards and procedures used within the team are well understood by team members.
*Ensure that the Support Centre website is kept updated and maintained

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and will have good knowledge of insurance processes/broker processes and will have previous experience working for an insurance broker.

You will be self motivated with an analytical approach to problem solving.
