This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator to join a market leading company who specialise in providing high-level of expertise to a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. Based in Redditch and working within a successful team, you will assist the Account Management team by providing administration support, helping to maintain their reputation for quality and service.

Job Title: Team Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £14,000

Working as the Team Administrator you will have the following responsibilities;
General administration
*Resolve any queries relating to energy supplies in accordance with the advice from Relationship Managers, Procurement Analysts & Team Managers
*Carry out administrative duties to assist the Relationship Managers, Procurement Analysts and Team Managers
*Maintain all records, databases and files
*Cover reception when required
*Ensure that the Team Manager is kept up to date at all times

Client Services
*Produce and issue notice letters on a monthly basis
*Produce registration forms for all non-Optima renewals and ensure these are sent out, chased, completed and saved
*Verify contracts by validating the first invoice of each new contract
*Chase outstanding contracts from clients or suppliers following guidance from Relationship Managers, Procurement Analysts or Team Managers

Carbon Management
*Produce monthly consumption reports for every client by the end of the third week in every month
*Monitor monthly reports and report any problems with a client's consumption to the Relationship Managers/Procurement Analysts
*Produce PP10 and PP11 forms for each renewal that has moved supplier
*Assist all colleagues with any Carbon Management process that a client requires

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will have previous administration experience. You will have a professional outlook, first class organisation skills with the ability to prioritise varying workloads,

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally and you will be willing to work to standard operating procedures. The successful candidate will be competent in using MS Office Excel.
