Technical Support person required to be based in West Lothian (Livingston) for an initial 1 month contract.
Candidates are required to have a driving licence and their own vehicle.
The role will be responsible for providing a technical support service to customers involving the installation and support of all technical platforms and systems.
To contribute to the process focused approach to IT Service Management and to provide technical skill to assigned projects.
The successful candidate will have the following experience;
*Significant IT experience in supporting a technical platform
*Experience in contributing to team activities and tasks
*Experience in the application of IT security controls
*Strong customer focus
*Ability to produce meaningful and concise written reports
*Knowledge and application of ITIL
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Self motivated
*Sound organisation and time management
*Excellent communication skills both oral and written
