Telemarketer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketer to come and join our team based in Birmingham, West Midlands. We are an independent supplier of IT hardware and software and have an extensive portfolio of corporate, public sector and education clients throughout the UK and Europe

You will ideally have previous Telemarketing experience with a proven track record of success, however, we welcome applications from graduates who are looking for an opportunity to work in sales. Your role will be creating business to business sales opportunities, increasing revenue through outbound telephone contact with both new and existing customers. Following up email and direct mail marketing campaigns. You will be working closely with the Marketing, Customer Service and Field based teams. Meeting all Telemarketing KPIs and striving to exceed your own individual targets.

The successful candidate will have experience of B2B (business to business) telesales marketing, have an excellent phone manner, Microsoft Outlook Knowledge and a genuine desire to help clients benefit from their relationship with the company.

* Excellent communication skills, especially telephone phone
* Well organised and persistent self-starter
* Positive self-image and attitude
* Well Mannered, courteous and naturally persuasive
* Honesty and integrity
* Previous experience in a telesales role

Training will be provided for the right candidate and enthusiasm and ambition are as important as experience

Candidates must have hold a degree or equivalent level qualifications. You must also have experience of business to business telesales/telemarketing, ideally in a contact centre environment, and must have strong communication and telephones sales skills.
