Telemarketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join our clients rapidly growing company who specialise in leisure and events based in Birmingham. With there company growing they are now expanding there head office sales team and looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join them.


Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £12,500 OTE £19,000


The successful candidate will be involved in outbound telesales call and answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with or re-routing them as appropriate.You will also be involved in test sessions for interested customers, showing potential customers around the facility and occasional reception cover also effectively process and close incoming sales enquiries.


The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification. Have a success in a previous telesales role and previous sales experience in a customer facing role. You will also have strong computer skills including a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Work and Excel.

We are looking for a lively, flexible and infectiously enthusiastic individual with a tenacious "can do" attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast moving environment.
