Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Nationwide IT & Engineering recruitment consultancy. The company specialises in executive search and selection across a variety of sectors. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Working in one of their regional offices including Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and London.

Duties of the role include:

*Partaking in an active business development programme, such as telephone calls and client presentations, in order to generate new and prospective vacancies.
*Handling a large candidate database, screening and interviewing potential applicants.
*Assessing candidate suitability for roles and the requirements of the client.
*Representing both candidates and clients throughout the application and interview process.

We welcome applications from exceptional calibre candidates educated to degree level with a minimum of a first or 2.1 degree. Candidates will be able to demonstrate a track record of academic achievement and the desire to succeed. The successful applicant will be hard-working, motivated, driven and have ambition to succeed within the recruitment industry.

Salary: up to £18k (depending on experience) + OTE £30k current earnings record achieved with first 12 months stands at £75k will you be the person to beat it!
