Training Officer

Our client in the IT services industry is currently looking to recruit an innovative and enthusiastic Training Officer to join their team in Birmingham. The company specialise in delivering original solutions and high quality services to businesses operating throughout Europe.

This would be an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graduate to progress within the IT services.

The role will involve training customers on the use of the company Management Systems and delivering internal workshops to the companies staff.

Main Responsibilities of the role;

? Delivering classroom training to our customers
? Coordinating and providing internet based DMS (Dealer Management System) product training
? Maintaining and updating the Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) product
? Provision of internal employee development training workshops
? Training course development

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have:

? Degree or equivalent experience
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Capacity to build rapport, and interact with people at all levels
? Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
? Reliable and able to work under pressure
? Strong team playing skills and the ability to work alone on own initiative
? Previous training experience is desirable, but not essential
? An interest in the motor trade

Candidates will possess good communication skills, excellent organisational skills and be highly motivated. Applicants should be degree educated, holding a first class or upper second class degree or equivalent level qualification. There may be opportunities for offsite visits with this role. A driving licence is preferred
