A really busy school in North Manchester is currently looking for an experienced Year 4 teacher to work in a small class in a newly renovated part of the school. The position is for a minimum of 1 term but may be extended to 2 terms based on performance.
The class has 24 pupils of which 1 child is statemented. The successful candidate must have experience in dealing with behavioural problems and experience with SEN pupils is desired but not essential. There will be one permanent teaching assistant in the classroom.
The school itself is 1 form entry and has only just been newly renovated with state of the art facilities. There is a low percentage of absence throughout the school and a large proportion of children are on the free school meals program.
This position would be best suited to an experienced teacher although NQT's are welcome to apply.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant teaching qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional teaching references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
