42 weeks per year (term time, plus 2 weeks). Fixed-Term for two years with potential for progression.

The Switch Project run a variety of programmes aimed at re-engaging young people aged 8-19 in learning, in particular those that are excluded or at risk of exclusion from mainstream services.
The ideal candidate will promote the personal, educational and social development of participants, preferably specialising in an area of the creative arts such as digital music, digital video or graphic design. The Support Worker will respond to the needs and interests of young people and work in a range of environments including youth centres, schools, colleges and community settings.
Successful candidates will be employed by the national children’s charity KidsOut, and will be based in Wolverhampton working directly with staff at The Switch Project.
