An independent courier service in Birmingham has benefited from Grad Central’s recruitment expertise after taking on a Wolverhampton University graduate into its customers services team.
Trax Express Systems, which is part of the APC network and has over 100 years management experience in the delivery industry, identified the need for fresh graduate talent to help continue to grow its business and approached Grad Central for support. “Of course the benefits of having a graduate like Louise are that you have a high calibre of person who has great customer service skills, which gives our customers the best service possible in the long run.”
