Intuition, passion and good communication skills both written and verbal are essential to fulfil the role as a Graduate Trainee Developer. You will have completed or be on course to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree within an IT related field, and be able to demonstrate the ability to write computer programmes. This can be experience gained whilst completing your degree and/or from work placements.
Joining a busy 100 strong department, you will work closely with Senior Developers, Testers and Analysts enhancing your knowledge and skills in all areas of the business. You will support and enhance a diverse range of computer systems, ensuring over 3,000 users are running smoothly throughout the UK. The NFU Mutual’s purpose built onsite Training Academy will provide invaluable support in your initial and ongoing career development.
