“This was our first experience of using a recruitment company and Grad Central has put our minds at rest and managed the whole process free of charge. Short listed candidates were pre-interviewed and selected for their skills specifically tailored to the vacant position that we were looking to fill, and we were very pleased with the final result.”

Katie Durkin, a Business in Commerce graduate from the University of Birmingham was carefully handpicked by Grad Central’s team of recruitment experts. She was chosen to fill the position of sales executive at sales-i, where she will be developing new business leads as well as working with existing clients.

Katie said: “When I first saw the job advertised online, I contacted Grad Central and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They were able to brief me on the role and interview, as well as successfully securing me a job with a company with the scope to develop my career further.”

Lucy Dinsdale, project manager for Grad Central, explained: “The way businesses like sales-i can continue to grow is by accessing higher level skills. Software development is a growing industry and requires a knowledge of the very latest technologies; something which many of today’s graduates possess. Thanks to their up-to-date IT knowledge, their willingness to learn and their ability to be moulded to the business in which they are working, they are an ideal asset to any company wishing to expand its workforce.
