first class grades and we are gradually changing this. Some recruitment
websites do not fully appreciate the qualities that a graduate recruit can
bring to an organisation but at Grad Central we understand that experience
isn’t the be-all and end-all. Obviously experience can be an important factor
in many vocations but even with a lack of this, our applicants can offer hard
work, initiative, intelligence and a different perspective that can prove more
